การตรวจประเมิน Bed Mobility
การ เคลื่อนย้ายตัว บนเตียงเป็นกิจวัตรประจำวันที่ควรส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยทำได้เองเป็นอันดับแรกๆ เนื่องจากสามารถช่วยป้องกันการเกิดแผลกดทับจากการนอนท่าใดท่าหนึ่งเป็นเวลานานได้และ ยังเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญของการควบคุมการเคลื่อนไหวของศีรษะ ลำตัว แขน และขาของผู้ป่วยที่จะพัฒนาไปสู่ความสามารถในการควบคุมการเคลื่อนไหวในระดับที่สูงต่อไป
การ เคลื่อนย้ายตัว ไปในทิศทางต่างๆ ประกอบไปด้วย
– Move upward
– Move downward
– Move sideways to non-affected side
– Move sideways to affected side (อาจตรวจเพิ่มโดยใช้เกณฑ์ STREAM)
เกณฑ์ทั่วไปในการตรวจประเมินความสามารถในการเคลื่อนไหว
- Independent: ผู้ป่วยสามารถทำการเคลื่อนไหวได้ด้วยตนเอง
– Independent with a walking aid สามารถเคลื่อนได้ด้วยตนเองโดยใช้เครื่องช่วยเดิน
– Independent with abnormal pattern สามารถเคลื่อนได้ด้วยตนเองแต่ไม่ถูกรูปแบบ
- Dependent: ผู้ป่วยไม่สามารถทำการเคลื่อนไหวได้ด้วยตนเอง
– Dependent with minimal assistance อาศัยความช่วยเหลือเพียงเล็กน้อย
– Dependent with moderate assistance อาศัยความช่วยเหลือปานกลาง
– Dependent with maximal assistance อาศัยความช่วยเหลืออย่างมาก

Bed Mobility Assessment
Moving in bed is a daily routine that should be promoted for patients to do by themselves first because it can help prevent pressure sores from lying in one position for a long time and is also an important foundation for controlling the movement of the patient’s head, body, arms and legs to develop to a higher level of movement control.
Moving in different directions includes:
– Move upward
– Move downward
– Move sideways to non-affected side
– Move sideways to affected side (may be further examined using STREAM criteria)
General criteria for assessing mobility
Independent: Patients can move by themselves
– Independent with a walking aid Can move by themselves using a walking aid
– Independent with abnormal pattern Can move by themselves but not in the correct pattern
Dependent: Patients cannot move by themselves
– Dependent with minimal assistance Requires only a little assistance
– Dependent with moderate assistance Requires moderate assistance
– Dependent with maximal assistance Requires a lot of assistance
